Hi I am a previous customer and now I have created a form for a facebook tab which I thought it had 100 submissions per month available. Now I have received an email that says that I have almost reached 10 SSL submissions per month this month. This is strange since I didn't specify a secure form anywhere on the settings. Is there a way I can get rid of that so that I have the 100 free submissions per month?

Also I followed you on facebook and twitter and earned 20 more subscriptions and now I'm supposed to have 120 free subscription per month
but I got the error about the 10 SSL subscriptions limit.

    Hi,

This is because Facebook is using HTTPS:// or SSL in their system. Unfortunately, when you embed the form to your Facebook page, it will require your form to use SSL so that it will be displayed properly, thus making the form use SSL protocol automatically. You can learn more about it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Pages. You can check at the bottom of the guide about SSL.

I have also quoted it here:

This method is using the HTTPS or Secure URL feature. This is to avoid any security issues on the page and Facebook requiring secure protocol.

Please take note that free users are only allowed up to 10 SSL submissions maximum per month. Since you are using an HTTPS version of your form, your form will use SSL submissions. You should consider upgrading to a paid plan if you expect to receive SSL submissions in excess of 10 per month.

I see you have already received 21 SSL submissions out of 10 per month in Free plan. Please check our pricing page for the account limits. To increase this, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan OR wait for the submission counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the month.

For the other concern about the increase is submission limit by following us on Facebook and Twitter, I opened a separate thread for it so that we can focus on one topic per post. You can refer to this link for that: http://www.jotform.com/answers/618736

    I hope that helps.
