    Hello,

    We register now jotform and for out firm need a form system. I look pricing and ı have a question;

    Premium package $9,95 this money mountly, subscriber ? Or only 1 time pay a this money and use.. ?

    The Premium Package $9.95 is a monthly payment. It is not a one time fee, you will be charged monthly. You can also choose our yearly or bi-yearly package.

    I recommend getting a paid subscription so you can enjoy receiving more than 100 submissions monthly and a lot of storage support. You can also have 3 sub users on your account. We also provide unlimitted technical support here in the forum. Please check our pricing page for further information.
