    We tried changed credit card information for the July 26 payment and now we are no longer activated.

    We changed credit card information on a month to month account.  Everything seemed fine at the time it took the new information indicated the next billing is July 26th and today our staff is unable to get a survey because it says the account is no longer active.

     

    Suggestions?????

    Hi,
    The user name on the account is school improvement. Ilisha Terez-Evans was the person here who was having the account charged to her credit card. She is out on medical leave and we were changing the credit card information over to me for the monthly invoices. Cindy Popp is the person within our unit who I think set up this account. Cindy told me right before this email everything was taken care of and we were active again. Can you verify that for me?

    Hi Roslynn,

    I am seeing that the account schoolimprovement, is currently active and is on our Economy plan.

    The account and all forms associated with the account are currently active.

    Can you confirm if you are having an issue with any of your forms, or your account?
