Hello,
I am looking for a way to confirm that a recipient received an autoresponder.
I did search for this answer and found only old response posts.
Thank you in advance for your response.

Hi,
Unfortunately, the autoresponder can only have one email. Unless you setup multiple autoresponders.
As you have mentioned, you want to check if the notification or email was sent successfully? You can easily do that by checking your Form's email history. Here's a guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History
I also have a possible workaround for you. You can check the steps below.
1. First, get the field name of your email field. In my case it's {email3}. This is the email field that the user will fill out
2. I will then create a new "notifier"/"notification", I want to sent that email to the user AND to another recipient (let's say to me).
3. You can add multiple recipient address here by separating them with comma and a space.
In this case, the recipient addresses are:
"example@gmail.com, {email3}"
4. I made a test submission and the user email is a @yahoo.com while my email is a @gmail.com.
6. You'll see in the notification above that the user received our notification, however, take note that he/she will also see your email because we are using only ONE notification. Unless you want to create multiple notification, that should also be possible.
I hope that helps.
