Fill in a field after form is sent?

Asked by welty on July 24, 2015 at 09:21 AM

    Hello support,

Is there any way to have a user fill in a field after the form has been submitted?

Right now we have one user fill out a form, then it is sent to someone else that needs to fill 1 more field into the form. Is there any way they could accomplish this?

    Thank you,

    Derrick

    Hi Derrick,

Thank you for contacting us. To confirm, you would like to option for the form to be edited, in this case, to have one field filled in after it has been submitted?

This can be achieved by adding an edit link to the email that is sent to the user that will be editing the final field.

I hope this helps, please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thank you

Thank you for the quick response! Is there any way to remove the EDIT: in the subject field once an edit is submitted?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the Edit text from the email subject line. It will be displayed every time the submission is edited. This is to notify the email recipient that the submission is edited without going into the email content.

    Thanks!
