I can not edit one of my forms. Would you please check infrastructure? Do you have any other applications about this subject.

It appears as though your picture is showing the JotForm website incompletely downloaded. This will happen when some of the resources for the website are still being downloaded, or have been blocked from being downloaded or executed on your local machine.
Most of the time this is easily solved by refreshing the page. If this does not fix the problem then can you please clear your browser cache.
In addition can you attempt to access the JotForm website from another computer to see if it is indeed your computer that is having a problem.
