Authorize.Net will upgrade and change their servers

    Hello,

I use JotForm to create forms where people in my association can sign up for courses and/or events and pay for them on line.  I use Authorize.Net as my payment gateway.

I received a note from Authorize.Net that they are upgrading access to the Internet connections that serve their data centers.  Instead of allowing direct connections, all Internet traffic will be routed through Akamai, a third-party cloud network service that routes and delivers internet traffic.

They suggest that we proactively update our website or payment solution. Then they give a list of URL's that are available.

I am not sure if I need to update JotForm with this information. Or how I would do that.

Or if I even need to change anything on JotForm.

Please let me know if you have any insight.

    Thank you!
    Joan Smith

I believe this blog post is related to the email you received from Authorize.Net: https://community.developer.authorize.net/t5/The-Authorize-Net-Developer-Blog/Important-Authorize-Net-Networking-Change/ba-p/51272

Normally, our developers are aware about the changes and updates on our payment integrations. It means that our developers are also updating the APIs being used on our integrations.

However, I will forward this ticket to our developers so that they can take a look at it. We will notify you via this thread once an update or an information is available. Thank you.
