How do I manage incomplete submissions?

Hello, I received a form submission on 7/23/15 at 12:43pm that was incomplete. I am not sure what happened because the fields on my form are required so I am not sure how or why it was able to get submitted. Please help. I don't even have a name or phone number to contact the person to get all of the required information. 

If the user did not complete the submission and you have no way to contact them then I would recommend either deleting the submission or completing the submission yourself for so it will be shown in your submissions.
