You can do it with conditional logic, is very simple, please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/317-Configuring-Change-Thank-You-URL-after-submission-condition

Basically you will create a condition like this:

 

Once the submitter chooses from the Drop Down which form to complete, he will be redirected after submitting the first booking form. Let us know if you need more help, or have more questions about it.
