How to show missing answers on emails?

    I have a jotform that I use as a Rental agreement. When the form is filled out completely and the submit button is clicked on I receive a form via email that is missing 3 responses that exist as check boxes and one that is a text field for a name. These four items are at the bottom of the form - below a large text box of info that has the rental agreement. All the info above this rental agreement shows up in the email that I receive that is the form submission. The things that do not show up are listed as such in that email with no info:

    The form is posted on the web in an html snippet in an iweb site posted to mobileme.

    Please help. I don't see a way to change the situation.

    Deleted and re-created notification email for Rental Agreement. Please try it now.
