Form over quota

My consignment form is imbedded on my website and it is not visible. When looking into the form on JotForm it stated that the form was over quota when I clicked on preview.

What does this mean and is this why it doesn't appear on my website page even though it's been imbedded.

Hi,

I checked your account and it looks like you were over your storage limits.  Since you have upgraded, you are now well below your Premium account limits.  However, if you delete some of the submissions that have files attached, you will be able to reduce your total storage back below the Free account limits.  You could then downgrade back to Free if you'd like.
