    Hello 

    Help me please I have problems with page brake which is not display corectly. Do you have any idea?

    The problem is, the CSS of your form had been corrupted already and it was failing to load anymore.

    The only solution I was able to come up with is to restore everything from default then apply a copy of the form theme.

    Can you please just clone this form version instead.

     It should restore the form to the working version with the theme applied also.
