A respondent has told me that their paypal payment went through (a reliable person actually on our staff) but their filled in form is not appearing. Can you please help as soon as possible. I'm afraid this may be happening to others.

If the PayPal payments are not successful, the submissions are marked as Incomplete payments and they can be seen from submissions view.

If the payment is successful, the submission should display Payer Info as below :
