Are you able to login into your account or do you experience any issues with your forms, etc? If you are seeing any layout issues with JotForm, it seems that there was an temporary issue with CDN services but it looks like that it is now resolved. Please try clearing the browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below to see if that helps.
