Auto Delete Submissions: submissions removed, yet upload space is over 100 MB

    I have my account set up to auto clear any files immediately. However, the account still shows more than 100 MBs used and threatens with disablement unless I upgrade. 

    Can you please reset my account to clear up the space?

    Thank you for letting us know, Werner.

    I have logged into your account and could confirm that all your submissions are indeed deleted. I can see that you have authorized and set up the Auto Delete Submissions app to remove your submissions.

    However, our administrator tools are still detecting 11 uploaded files on your form named RR Donnelley Job Submission, with a total space of 108.65 MB. As these files should have been deleted along with your submissions, I am raising this thread to our developers, so that they can check what is going on - is it just our system wrongly detecting the files which are no longer present, or if the files were not removed.

    We will let you know through this thread if we have any relevant news about this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

    Hi, I am having this same issue when I tried out this app.  It seems like it deletes the submission data but leaves the uploads on the jotform storage.  The only way I was able to remove them was to remove my form from the app.  See: http://www.jotform.com/answers/291490-Bug-Auto-Delete-Submissions-App-is-not-picking-up-submissions-for-deletion

    It seems like this has been a long term issue with this app (2 years).  Is there any time-frame for getting a fix for this bug or will the app remain as is?

    The issue is being worked on with the highest priority, we will post an update on this thread once regarding the resolution status.

    Your form is now fixed, Werner. But for the case of the auto delete app, this is handled on another thread.

    Hello, I'm having a similar problem with some files I that were uploaded with this form: https://form.jotformz.com/52985698131670

    I have deleted a lot of them, but anyway the storage space continues to be full.
