    Hello. It seems that you have been subscribed to our Premium Monthly subscription via your PayPal account since February 16.

    Due to having a monthly subscription, your account has been charged on the 17th day of each month since, and the last charge has been on July 17. If you would like to cancel your current subscription, you can do so by following these steps:

    1. Login to your Paypal Account
    2. Find the latest payment you have made to Jotform
    3. Click the subscription number for that transaction
    4. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
