I love your tool, but I have never have been able to make the visual builder to work. Its faulty. It DOESN'T WORK properly. If I create a new chart it shows only a few entries, if i try to include more entries I can see all the numbers smashed into a small window, if I try to expand the window trough dragging its shows an empty window, and it cannot be fixed anymore, if yo dont delete the whole report and start from scratch.

I checked your account but there's a lot of forms, can you please share the URL of the form you're working with?
I checked the visual report builder and I didn't encounter any issues with it. I was able to create multiple charts, able to drag the chart, and I was able to resize it.
Please try clearing your browser cache. For troubleshooting purposes, please try another browser and see if it works properly with the builder.
We'll check the form you're working with and then clone it, after that we'll verify if there is something wrong the visual report builder. Thank you.

You have a lot of forms. You forgot to share the form ID or form URL. We need to check the form to see if we can replicate the issue since the Visual Report Builder is working properly as of right now.
