When you use a secure jot form and it is on a non secure web server how do people know it is secure without seeing the lock in the browser.Page URL:

The web browser will not the report the page as secure even though the form is.
Unfortunately, there is really no way round that bar getting an SSL certificate for your server or linking your users the actual form on JotForm.
The actual data transmission from the form remains encrypted even though the web browser doesnt report the full page as being secure.
