It takes too long for form to submit

    Hey Guys!

I'm hosting two of my jot forms here:

    www.atfgyms.com/tourwaiver
    www.atfgyms.com/checkin

I've set them up to be used by my staff on an iPad kiosk, and these forms are used everyday.  Testing these forms online, there is no problem, because the submit button is responsive.  The problem, is the submit button has a delay, or is non-responsive when submitting with the iPad so my employees will press the button multiple times.  I've tried telling them to be patient, but they think it hasn't been submitted.

This causes many duplicate submissions, sometimes up to 5 or 6 for one instance.  This is synced with Google Drive for tracking, and is really throwing off our ability to track the total number of unique submissions actually submitted (without having to go in and delete all duplicates).

Please help me find a solution to limit the number of duplicate submission, while keeping the form on the iPad interface.

    Thank you!

    Roger

I have inspected your website, I noticed that you have copy and paste entire source code of your form to your website. We recommend  using of iFrame code for embedding forms to the website. You can try to replace source code with iFrame to see if the form will submit faster. In this article you can find out how to do it.

You can also add a Captcha field inside of your form to prevent your employees to submit a form multiple times if they press the button multiple times.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
