Conditions not working properly on the form embedded

Salve, ci siamo accorti che i form creati non funzionano più correttamente. Esattamente non eseguono più i controlli effettuati per l'attivazione di alcuni campi, quando il form è stato creato funzionava bene.

Alla selezione dell'opzione Azienda, diventava visibile il campo Nome Azienda e Partita iva

When your JotForm which is embedded on your webpage it seems to be working fine while checking with direct link but not on your webpage.

dopo ulteriori test, abbiamo notato che sul nostro computer primario con i browser Crome e Firefox non funziona mentre con Opera funziona correttamente.

Da questi primi due browser non funziona nemmeno dentro account Jotform con anteprima si ha lo stesso problema.

Mentre da un altro computer con Firefox funziona bene.

Abbiamo controllato impostazioni dei Browser ma sembra tutto ok.

Abbiamo provato anche come suggerito nella guida, ma il risultato è sempre lo stesso anche con IE e Opera sempre con il primo computer.

Da crome e firefox installati su uno Smartphone Android funziona egregiamente. 

We recommend using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox for accessing and filling up the form, but that doesn't mean that the form won't work with other browsers such as IE and Opera.

I checked your form here and it's working as expected and I see no issue to it. Here's a screenshot of the conditional logic:

If it's not doing the same, please try clearing your browser's cache. This should help.
