I made a registration form using jotform. After 20 submissions , it says the form quota over and no more people can fill the form.I tried to check an online solution , but i think that is due to my free account. But i still have 100 non secure submissions . Is there any way the form could be switched to non secure submission and i get it working again ? The form id is 51740586002449

I see the account is not over quota anymore, make sure to re-embed or get the links without the HTTPS protocol, so do not check the Secure form option:

Perhaps you might be logging to your jotform account securely at https://www.jotform.com, so make sure you log out, and log back in at https://www.jotform.com.

This form (www.jotform.com/form/51740586002449) is associated to a guest account (guest_51735734870057). It means that you are not logged in to your JotForm account when you created this form. We can transfer that form to your account if you like.

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

By the way, the guest accounts are only limited to 20 submissions which is why you are getting this "Form over quota" error.
