    Encrypt option not working in Safari browser

    May we know what particular issues are you encountering when you're trying to use the Encrypt option in Safari? I have tested it and it seems to be working fine.

    When create an encryption key is selected, the page changes to one that has a ton of numbers, symbols, and letters -- similar to how encrypted information looks.

    Can you please let us know what version of Safari browser you are using? Also operating system? So we can try replicating the issue.

    Meanwhile, try uploading the key in another browser.

    OX Yosemite 10.10.3 (14D136) Safari Version 8.0.6 (10600.6.3)

    Yes, I've been successful with another browser. I've been using that. Just thought you all should know what others may experience.

    Thank you for sharing to us the problem. Can you also share a screenshot image of the issue?

    We can use the image to forward the details to our higher team support.

    I do not have the actual OS/Browser combination to test it on my end, however your reporting of the issue (if you also can include screenshot), will be helpful to our dev team to get it fixed the soonest.

    The page transitions to this (not a pop up) when I select "create a key"

    Thank you for giving us more information and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. 

    I was able to reproduce the issue you're having. 

    It seems that, instead of you being asked to save it as "jotform.key", Safari opened it.

    I would suggest you try to save it using your Safari browser: click "File" then, "Save As" and save it as jotform.key.

    Or, you can also copy the text, paste it on a text editor and save it as "jotform.key".
