Form over Quota using secure submissions.Want to get the 100 non secure submissions.Plz help

I made a jotform registration form to put up on elan.org.in/CAP .I didnt make it using this account.I made it using another account but i cant find it now . The form id is 51740586002449.The form has been removed from the url bcoz it cant be filled and a new form has been put up on elan.org.in/CAP.but the previous form has css specific changes which i dont want to go over again . So can you please get form id 51740586002449 started again ?
