My form on Facebook tab doesn't appear in Mobile Devices

Please Could you tell me how i can do!! all my proces are ok! i have my form on my fan page, but my form its not in cellphone!!! how i can do?? i try with the widgets mobile responsive and nothing. Ineed fast solution about it , i am in sale of my productos for 5 days please

Facebook currently doesn't support Tabs on mobile devices so you will have to use a third-party web services that offer this for mobile devices.
