Can you Hide Text or a Heading based upon conditional logic?

I'd like to show/hide an entire section that includes a text heading using conditional logic from a previous answer. In the example I cannot hide the accreditations title. Can this be done?

I worked it out.

I had my head in a spin trying to work out the logic. The action to hide a heading is available in the conditional logic area. The heading is indented in the actions list.
