I checked it on my end and I was not able to replicate the issue. Can you try clearing your browser cache and see if it helps? If you are still encountering the issue, can you provide to us the browser version and device you are using to access the Form Builder? Does this happen to all of your forms or for a specific form only? If you can provide us a screenshot of the issue then that would be great.
