new folder not showing up

I am trying to find "new folder"

because my other friend keeps on removing my template thinking it is HER's

The list of created folders are listed at the top left section of the 'My Forms' page, kindly refer to the following screenshot on how to create a folder and assign a form to it, please let us know if you need further clarification.

Hi nkwebdesign,

 

I checked your account and I noticed that your account is a sub-user to account DSU. Unfortunately, you cannot create a folder for the shared forms in your account.
