when I follow these instructions my form does not show the option to change pending payment e-mail. it simply does not exist.

The pending payment email is one that is set up in the notification emails as the recipient email address.
The default notification is used in this case and does not require additional email address setup
- bartbijenAnswered on July 27, 2015 at 08:49 PMYes however, my inicial question was that I wanted to receive a form whether the person makes a payment or not. Now when a customer is not able to finish the payment I don’t receive a form which is loss of a potencial client.

Please take note that incomplete payment email alerts are not instant. It should take about 30 minutes to be emailed. It is purposely delayed in order to let customers finish their transactions and also it is a time buffer for the PayPal IPN to come through.
