    I cant sign in or retrieve password

    Trying to retrieve password and system sais email or user cant be found, but if I try to register I cant with this password 772-626-8902 please call me

    Hello Carlos,

    Upon checking your account, I did not find any issue with that. 

    Your account username is "crazycarlos" and the profile email address is "borica*****@yahoo.com". If you are unable to sign in to your account, you can reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in the "Sign In" window. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    It seems you also have a guest account which has one form "Professional Development Workshop Registration Form". This type of accounts are created if you do not sign in to your account and start building your forms. 

    Do try to reset your account password using your account username? I have initiated the password recovery process form here. You must have received the password reset instructions in your email inbox. Please follow the steps mentioned in the email.

    Do get back to us once you have access to your account and we will transfer the form from your guest account.

    Thanks I was having a real hard time with this simple task, I thank you for your help.That frm from the guest account is the one I have to fix t have ntifications came to this email. I hpe I can get this worked ut and have it transfered into my accunt, thanks again, Carlos

    I have moved the form in the guest account to you currently active account, please confirm if you can access it from your end
