Form not found

    Dear Jotform,

     

    I have just made an form for my website. But when I want to see the form, it says: "Form not found". After I make a clone of it, it says the same. 

     

    Sorry for my bad English, I hope you can understand me en and help me.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Your account is autosuspended. Our phishing detector tool automatically suspends forms and accounts that it suspicious.

    I checked all of your forms and I didn't find any suspicious items or fields. I re-activated your account. Please verify if you can access your account now.

    I can view my forms now and I can login succesfully. Thank you very much!

    How can I prevent this in the future? I have no idea why my forms are suspicious...

    The phishing detection service checks for words and phrases in your forms that would be commonly found in phishing forms.

    In addition non-English languages have to be taken with special care since the automated system is not made for every language. To make the automated system work better with other languages there is a special process to use.

    The best chances of preventing this from happening again would be to follow the directions in this guide.
