Hi, Can I resell your jotforms to use in my clients webpages and if so can you talk me through setting up a reseller account so that I can embed you for m into a webpage that I am creating for my clients. Each one would be diferent styles.

Resale of the JotForm service is against the terms of service and can be found in this excerpt.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion (except for your User Submissions, to which Company agrees you retain all rights) of the JotForm Service, use of the JotForm Service, or access to the JotForm Service.
We do offer licensing solutions for clients that can be viewed here. http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/

Ok thanks very much for your answer, my customers are happy with Jotform and are quite happy to have your logo and use the infrastructure you provide, its just that they have to setup there own email preferences and forms every time I set up a website for them, and most of them haven't got a clue so I have to advise them each time and record different login and password details for each of them.
So is there a way I can have one umbrella company name like Coulsdon web and then spur of as sub forms for them, with there passwords etc.?

This does not mean that you cannot sell your development services and such. If you are including jotforms in your webpages, it is perfectly OK to do so. As long you are not selling them access to the site or forms. You could share the forms with them as a sub-user:
This would give them their own log in information and access to only the forms you give them access to. The forms would remain in your account.
