We have had some users reporting issues with using Trend Micro anti-virus or anti-malware causing false positives and CDN issues. Try using the site from this link to see if it helps:

Until Trend fixes the false positives there is not much we can do on our end. Switching to a different anti-virus would resolve the issue if you are indeed using Trend.
