Why can't I log into my account successfully?

    attached is the image I see from my webpage...I've tried Chrome and FireFox.

    Hi,

    We have had some users reporting issues with using Trend Micro anti-virus or anti-malware causing false positives and CDN issues.  Try using the site from this link to see if it helps:

    http://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=true

    This appears to be working. Is this temporary? I'll replace my bookmark address in the meantime..

    Until Trend fixes the false positives there is not much we can do on our end.  Switching to a different anti-virus would resolve the issue if you are indeed using Trend.
