Hi Jot form.
I have 2 forms running with you
(2) Ragistratin & Abstract.
Some of the registrants are not getting any indicatino of succesful / or not registration, either in terms of the form or in terms of paypal payments.
Can you clarify what should happen, upon paypal payment. Should they recieve an email stating payment was good or not good- and their info is now on the system.
It seems very variable, and I'm having to deal manually with a lot of queries relating to this. I have <10 people so far and expecting up to 150. So this extra hassle / work negates the entire purpose of doing it this way through your forms.

After completing the payment, someone will be automatically redirected to the form's thank you message page and Paypal should send them an email receipt.
You can also send them a customize autoresponder email. Here's how you can create one in your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder.
But if a user closes the browser or didn't settle the payment after being redirected to the Payment Page, this will be logged as an Incomplete Payments. It will only be posted as a valid submission if the user completed the Payment and was able to completely process the transaction.
