I purchased the premium 2 year package today, but my account is only showing the "free" package. Can you tell me when my account will show the updated items (i.e., space, monthly submissions, SSL secure submissions, and receive payments).

Sorry about that, your account should now be upgraded to the Premium status. Please try to relogin to your JotForm account you should see an increase in the quota limits equivalent to the Premium subscription.
