How can we move a form we created to one of our clients we created it for?

We have set up a form for a client and they now want to take ownership and take over the monthly payment as well. How do we move the forms over to them so that they can take this over? 

If that user has a JotForm user account we can move the form to their account for you if you provide us the client's username and confirm that it is your intentions to transfer the form to this user.
