I am using JotForm to create a security awareness test for my companies users. It is phishing page that informs the user after the submit that they have been phished, how to avoid it in the future, and to change their password.

Is there no way to provide this through JotForm?

    :) I unsuspended your account.

But there is a problem with your approach. You are really collecting their information. You should probably just copy the full form source code to your web site and change the "action=" part of the form to submit to the Thank You page. So, the user information is not saved on the JotForm site or emailed to anybody.

Form is still showing as disabled.

I would like to use JotForms site because:

    1) The url is not our company website so that should alert them.

    2) JotForm provides SSL that isn't issued to our company which should be another sign of the scam. I don't want them to trust SSL just because it is encrypted.
