I added another email for notifications to go to, but thought the default would receive as well.
Seems to not be the case, now I have to go back and add the default to them all.
It is a bit confusing when trying to distinguish which email is which. That is changed in the notifier panel?

Additionally you can create a new notification and assign the default email address to it.
Optionally in the existing notification you can add the email as illustrated bellow
mail1@mail.com, mail2@mail.com
Not that the emails are separated with a comma and a space between them, please let us know if you need further clarification or assistance
