bluehost.com said that jotform gets an F for the speed that it loads. Is there a reason for this? also how do I increase the number of submissions I can accept?

Using the form URL http://www.jotform.us/form/52007149276151 doesn't exhibit the same slowdown problem as to when viewing it on your website. So, the issue might be on the website page.
Can you also try first re-embedding the form to your website using its iframe embed code.
Follow this guide: -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Make sure you remove first the previous script code you have used for the form before you add the iframe embed code.

This will really depends on the number of people who knows your website. The submission can only increase if more users will submit your form.
Let us know if issue remains.
Thanks.
