Here's what I see when I go to your homepage to login and it also looks like this when I'm making edits.

You might be using Trend Micro security software in your computer. Other users have reported the same, seems like it's blocking our CDN servers. This is why the website looks like that on your side.
We have contacted Trend Micro, in the meantime please use the following link: http://www.jotform.com/?noCDN=trueThis should load all the resources in our pages properly for you.

As of mid-August, 2015, this is still a problem, but the alternate noCDN option does work well.
Can we make the noCDN=true the default? What features/capabilities are un-available with this flag set?

@Jason, all features are available, as far as I know. However, try to update your Trend Micro app, that should work.
