Pre-populated values not triggering conditions

 I want to pre-populate the field with multiple values using this mammoth of a URL:

When I try getting a match, it is not matching.  Is there anything in the URL encoding or anything that would screw things up when using this URL?

Could you please provide us with a bit more details on the issue you are currently facing?

Do you mean that form conditional logic not working right when you are trying to trigger it with form pre-population by URL?

I think that I get the idea now, but I am not quite sure if we can provide any solution here. 

It seems that pre-populated/default values are not evaluated in the same way compared to the real-time entered data. Condition is only triggered based on a manual data change in your case.
