It seems that responsive mode is disabled on your JotForm. Please follow the steps provided in the guide How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive to enable the responsive mode so that the form can be viewed without any issues on mobile browsers.

ok i did the responsive thing and it is fine i think. however the form seems buggy because the next button half the time i click on it on mobile it doesn't work. it happened many times. what could be the cause of it

Could you let us know what exactly happens when you click on Next button while using it on Mobile phone? Is there any error message? Also, let us know if you are using any CMS like WordPress, etc to build your website? I've tested your JotForm on a virtual iPhone and seems to be working fine.

i complete the first step
click on "next" numerous times , but the button does not work or let me proceed to the next step . i sometimes refresh the page and try it again sometimes it works but most of the times it doesnt. of course if i am getting frustrated im sure the user will leave the form , the page and the site

That is most likely because of a conflict that occurs in the page between the form embed codes and your website scripts. In this case, we recommend re-embedding your form using our iframe method:
iFrame should fix it.
