Calculate Rates

Hi there,

I was wondering how you make a form that adds up the cost of a customer's selection?

Example:

A dropdown form has 3 options (choose one):
Small - $10
Medium - $12
Large - $14

A second dropdown form has 3 options (choose one):
Cheese - $1
Mushroom - $1
Bacon- $2

How do I display the total cost at the bottom?
