Check Box on Terms & Conditions Missing on Some Interfaces

    Hello, 

    I am noticing a TON of threads on this issue but I haven't found a solution yet. 

    I am able to see the checkbox on my back end tool and on my preview, and my Chrome/Windows browser and IOS devices, but my Safari/Mac browser isn't showing it. 

    Are there any solutions to ensure it appears across all devices?

    The specific form is the ENTER TO WIN - GRIZ TOUGH TRUCK form. 

    It does have the Mobile Responsive tool on it already.

    Have you tried clearing your form cache and browser cache and see if it works? If the issue still persist even after clearing the form cache and browser cache, can you try to access this form and see if the terms and condition checkbox is displayed properly - http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52078402486962? If it does, please feel free clone the form. To clone a form, you can follow the steps provided in this guide: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.
