I have been trying for a few hours already to import my forms from Adobe FormsCentral to JotForm, but I can't manage to make the app (or the button) work. Any suggestions?
I am using an Acer notebook and Mozilla Firefox browser.

As you know, Adobe FormsCentral will be retiring tomorrow, so it is quite urgent I find a solution.Thanks.

I have obviously downloaded the App - but it seems useless

    Hi,

Upon checking the Import Tool here: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. It seems Adobe FormsCentral has already retired a day ago based from the timer that we have. It's possible that you are unable to import the forms and the data because of AFC limiting the access due to its retirement.

However, could you tell us the error messages that you are having? Are you unable to log in to JotForm or Adobe FormsCentral using the downloaded app?

Also, have you tried the 2nd option, where you can import the forms only using their URL? If the Form URLs are still accessible, they should still be imported.

If you have backups of your responses from Adobe you can manually import them later on. Here's a guide on how to import your data: http://www.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm. The manual process is method 2.

    We'll wait for your response.
