Remove google map from address when form is submitted

Have designed form which seems to work well. I don't need the google map that transmits when the address form is filled in. Is there a way to block this?

Hi,

To confirm, you would like to remove the map shown in the Submissions page, is that correct?

You can easily do that by navigating to your submissions page > settings > disable the "Show addresses on map".
