No matter which form we complete non of them are sending a copy to the email account. email@example.com
This is very frustrating as for some reason out the blue something has changed.
Can you help resolve this please

Your email address is not in our bounce list, what is the form you are referring to? Make sure your notification is properly setup.
Sender Name :Make sure you assign it to a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar)
Sender E-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.
