Skip To Page condition not working properly

Few days ago, a participant had filled the form according to her category. However, when she hit the next button, she was lead to the next category page instead of landing at the last page, which I had set up as one of the conditions. I tried to fix them up but to no avail. It never happened before as I was troubleshooting the form earlier this year.

Thanks for helping. I had deleted the highlighted condition that you mentioned above.

However, the skip page condition is still not working for my form. I have highlighted a few of the conditions that are working earlier but no longer now.

Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time understanding how your skip conditions work as I'm also not familiar with your work flow process.

But I checked this conditional logic and it worked.

 

However, I also checked your fields and there are conditions set that if it's "Empty", but those fields are actually required.

Here's an example:

That condition will not ever be triggered because the field will always be required to fill out.

 

 

If you want to conditionally set fields as required you can check this option:

With that option, let's say Field 1 is equal to "Yes" set Field 2 to "require". That will set this require only is a specific field is filled out. In your case, they are always set to required, even though they are on different page, the required fields will still need to be met.

You are having conditional conflicts which causes the skip page not to work.
