Are you expecting to see some specific unread submission, or do you know that you had unread submissions, but do not have any at this time?
Hi, Ben - thank you for getting back to me. On the My Forms page, I am being told that there is an unread submission - I have been through all of them several times now, but it is still saying that there is one which is unread - and I just can't find it! Have tried several suggestions for marking it as read, but when I right click on it as someone suggested, am not being given the option to mark all as read. Also tried going into settings and clearing the cache, as someone else suggested, but no luck so far. If it's there and has been read but my reading of it is not being registered it, it is less of a problem than if there really is one which I haven't seen. I have to say, I notice from my Usage list that someone has somehow managed to make a secure submission, which surprises me quite a lot as I don't tend to use that facility!
Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
I have checked you forms and there is on with a new submissions Dragon Boat Racing
The rest of the forms don't report any new submissions,
regarding the secure submissions do you have it embedded or shared anywhere using the HTTPS link.
I have reverted back the count to 0 in this particular case
Thanks, Sammy - that is very weird though - as the last Dragon Boat submission was last year, and the one which I can't seem to find is in the BACS PAYMENTS submission folder, as featured in the screenshot below! All very strange. I think I did once create an HTTPS submission form by mistake - is there any way I would be able to identify it, so I can decommission it?
Update - just went to see if I could find the secure submission form, and the notification of the 'unread' submission featured below has now disappeared . . . hurray, if a little odd! If you could tell me where I check whether a form is secure or not, that would be brilliant. Thank you so much.
I am glad to hear that you are not seeing the unread submission any more, and as I have checked just now, I can confirm the same as well at this time.
Now in regards to the secure form. The only way to check this is to check all places where the forms were embedded to see which one is using secure code, since you can not turn this off from within the form builder - it depends on the form embedding codes.
The secure URL would look like this: https://secure.
while the regular url looks like this: http://form.
You are welcome Nicky :)
Do let us know how it goes and if you have any further issues / questions and we would be happy to assist. :)
