Is it possible to change the design and layout of the email notification?

2: Is it possible to change the design and look of the form how it arrives to the sender?

Yes, you can edit both email notification and email autoresponder.

To do that, just click on the Emails button in the toolbar:

Once you do, you will be taken within the email editor to change the look of your email.

Once in there, you can edit the email body as you wish with the help of the various options in the toolbar at the top and by grabbing the fields from the right.
