None of my embedded forms are being displayed.

    My forms are no longer showing on our website (all of them) they are just blank. I've tried re-embedding the forms, but they are still showing up blank. Even when I preview on the jot form site. 

     

    Please advise.

    Hello OASISFAMILYLIFE,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have exceeded the allowed submission limit. Your account is currently over quota and that is the reason why all your forms are currently disabled.

    Only 10 payment submissions are allowed in free account but you have already received 35 payment submissions. To activate your account and your forms, you will have to upgrade your account.     Thanks for your response. Is there a reason why I wasn't notified of the exceeded amount of payments? I was unaware that this would happen, and because we are a church a lot of community help has been disabled because of our lack of knowledge on this. 

    If we do not want to upgrade our account, how can we reactivate the services?

    An automated email should have been sent to you providing you the warning and information on your options for this situation. It is possible that it landed in your junk folder. If it was not sent to you then I am sorry about the inconvenience.

    The free account, of which you are currently using, is allotted 10 payment submissions per month. Once you go over this quota your forms will be disabled until the beginning of the next calendar month.

    Ok, the second part of your answer helped! Thanks so much. I just didn't know if our account stayed inactive or not. 

     

    So, our forms will be active 8.1.15 correct?

    Yes. You are right. On the first day of calendar, the submission counter shall be reset and your account shall be active by 1st of August.
